With the continuous growth of obese people across the country everyone is now obsessed with weight loss food plan.

The fundamental principle of losing weight is to take fewer calories, unfortunately there is no single weight loss food plan that yields same result for everyone.

As such one must take care of the individual needs.

This article aims to give you a general idea about weight loss diet plan.

7 day weight loss food plan

Day One

The first day is the most challenging day as you will put your steps in a new food-world and start a low calorie diet plan for the first time.

It is always better to start the week with fruits only. You can have any fruits you like but usually one starts it with apples, berries etc and avoids taking bananas.

No vegetable either boiled or raw is to be taken on this day and you must drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water to stay hydrated.

Day Two

On the second day you can take boiled vegetables. In case one prefers to have potato it should be included in the breakfast only.

Boiled broccoli, beans, cabbage, carrot should be taken in this vegetarian weight loss plan.

You can also have a banana and a cup of low fat yogurt with food slices; but do not forget to have plenty of water.

Day Three

On this day of following weight loss food plan one can have a combination of oatmeal, vegetable and fruits but potatoes should not be included.

You can start the day with cooked oatmeal and continue with permutations and combinations of the other foods throughout the day.

You can also have green salad with fat-free topping and do not forget to stay amply hydrated.

Day Four

The fourth day of following the meal plan for weight loss should be distributed over milk and banana with a cup of cooked brown rice and fat-free yogurt.

Start the day with a banana and a cup of low-fat milk and continue with the same throughout the day taking brown rice and yogurt at lunch.

And end the day with a cup of milk at the bed time.

But never forget to take plenty of water as this is very vital for any weight loss regimen.

Day Five

After enjoying the rice-eating bonanza the day before, you should return to the fruit and green salad diet plan containing tomatoes for lunch.

Also some bananas and milk in the evening to ward off hunger on the fifth day after the weight loss eating plan.

On this day it is preferable to increase the water intake for washing out the uric acid produced in the system.

Day six

On this day you can have the luxury of having a cup of brown rice with vegetables at the lunch and depend on fruit and milk for other meals.

This day you will feel a bit relieved as you have gone past the five days and approaching the final day of your meal plan.

But you should not get carried away with the feeling and forget drinking plenty of water.

Day Seven

This is the day for a treat. On this day you can have your favorite chunk of chicken breast with boiled vegetables at the lunch for a refreshing effect.

The other meals should include fruits and low fat milk. Following this weight loss food plan you are sure to notice improvement.
